This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc. is a youth organization on a mission to equip and empower the next generation with opportunities to reach their full potential beyond their circumstances. Our focus is on personal development, safety awareness, essential life skills, career development, creative expression, cultural inclusion, and the value of life for all womankind. We understand by providing the right support, resources, and opportunities, SHE will blossom into achieving great things while making a positive impact on the world — respectfully AND unapologetically.
Through our acts of service, we envision the growth of a sisterhood society that exemplifies character, upholds core values, exercises self-love, prioritizes self-care, executes every opportunity with a winning mindset, and maintains the life skills needed to outstandingly succeed as well-respected, well-protected, & well-rounded women of substance.

Our History
Founded in 2015, This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc. has been serving the youth of our community through training, workshops, mentorship, community engagement, and charitable donations. As a village, we actively stand in support of parental guidance, while bridging the gap of absentee parents, as an effective source of influence, camaraderie, accountability, and sisterhood.
Infamously dubbed #TheCommunityGodmothers, our organization continues to fill a void within local underserved communities and thrive as an asset to society.
As we remain intentional about our efforts, we strive to create safe, innovative, and fun environments for youth to flourish in their own authenticity. With purpose-driven strategies, we are knocking down systemic barriers, uprooting generational trauma, and building character with class.

Our Philosophy
We believe preparing our GIRLZ for the future means more than preparing them for a career, or simply the life ahead.
It means helping them develop the GODFIDENCE, character, practical skills, knowledge, relationships, and opportunities needed to navigate life and eventually navigate adulthood with intention.
Through age-appropriate programming, mentorship, training, exposure, and community support, This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc. helps our GIRLZ move from who she is today toward who she is becoming.

Character, confidence, self-awareness, communication, safety, self-care, leadership, and life skills

To education, careers, entrepreneurship, creative expression, financial literacy, wealth-building, and real-world possibilities.
PREPARE HER:
For the responsibilities, decisions, relationships, and everyday realities upon reaching adulthood.
CONNECT HER:
With mentors, professionals, trusted adults, resources, and opportunities within the village.
EQUIP HER:
With practical knowledge and skills she can carry beyond This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc.

We are now accepting membership applications for 2026. Enrollment is open to girls ages 8-16 and young ladies 17-24!
